  1. What was it that Jens said?

“we’re Dads, and unlike the single male, we put up with 450 What’s per day..”

Welcome to putting up with Whats instead of putting them out. (well maybe not as many).

Nice to see you have named your son after a bike, just to keep the cycling thing going. (I do like the name by the way)

Congrats, maybe we can have a whip around and get the kid seat for the back of the racer..:P

  2. congradulations Ryan and Mel,
having a baby is an amazing experience that can teach you as much about yourself as it will your son – well done! 🙂
    cheers John

  3. Congrats Ryan and and and wife for a cute little baby , hope you have a bike with training wheels for him already!

  4. Congrats Ryan and (new) family !. They change your life….sometimes even for the better!

Now…you tell us that you were out there riding 200k on Sunday for 6+ hours when your better half was about to pop?
    That’s history mate !

  5. Congratulations to Mel and Ryan on this wonderful new arrival.
Just to let you know your son and I have the same birthday. I was born at 5am on the 11th of August 1966….a long time ago!
Enjoy each and every minutes of this great new adventure….

  6. Big congrats to you both on the birth of little Ridley … I mean Noah. He looks every bit as gorgeous as that particular bike ..

  7. Thank you everyone for the well wishes.. A great journey has begun and the little man now needs to be taken care of so one day he will be kicking butt in lycra 🙂

Ronan, I only did one lap with everyone on Sunday and I had my headphones on in case I received ‘the’ call..

Happy Birthday Christophe… 1966 Was just the other day…

I went for a ride around the river today so hopefully i will manage to squeeze a ride or two out each week still..
